Some times we need to disassembly hardware part of our phone. with my experience i will showing how to disassembly sony ericsson G502. See the explanation at below. hopefully this will benefit to you all
Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar plectrum or credit card.Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Two screws need to be removed, circled below.

SPIKES
SPIKES are high frequency oscillatory variations from a steady state level generated when reactive loads are switched. In a properly operating electrical systems, spikes can be expected to reach +/- 250 volts for durations up to 70 us decaying slowly to a steady state voltage.

TROUBLESHOOTING DIVERTER

I just want to share with my experience regarding diverter problem in my cogen project.
If you have some problem for the moving the diverter please kindly find explanation at below
1).The actuator cannot move In manual or automatic mode, the actuator cannot be moved or only in one direction. Cause : inside the pneumatic block have some moisture. (See page137 attached). Do this for problem only diverter movement.
